Refund & Payment Policy

At Ramshiromani Caterers, we are committed to providing our customers with top-quality catering services and ensuring their satisfaction. We understand that there may be situations where you need to request a refund, and we have established the following refund policy to address such cases:

1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 Event Cancellation: If you need to cancel your catering order, please notify us as soon as possible. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

- Cancellations made 60 or more before the event date will be eligible for a full refund. Else none client is even eligible for refund.

- Cancellations made within 45 of the event date may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

-If cancellation made before 15 days of the event, none booking amount will be refunded, as well as 40% amount of Installement will be refunded.

- Cancellation would not be given over Booking amount.

- Cancellation will be made only over Installment amount (which is different then booking amount).

1.2 Change in Event Details: If there are any changes in the event details (such as date, time, or location), please inform us promptly. We will make every effort to accommodate the changes. If the changes result in a reduction in the cost of our services, we will issue a refund for the difference.

2. Quality and Service Guarantee

2.1 Quality Assurance: We take pride in the quality of our catering services. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the food or service provided by Ramshiromani Caterers, please contact us within 2 days of the event, and we will work to address your concerns.

2.2 Refunds for Quality Issues: If we are unable to resolve the quality issue to your satisfaction, we may issue a partial refund of 5%, depending on the circumstances.

3. Payment Refunds

3.1 Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 12 days of the refund request approval. Please allow for additional time for the refund to appear in your account, as processing times may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.

3.2 Refund Method: Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment. For example, if you made a payment via credit card, the refund will be credited back to the same credit card.

4. Installment Procedure

For bookings with an initial payment exceeding 50,000, the remaining amount will be treated as an installment. The installment procedure is as follows:

• Booking amount consists of 25% of the event amount.

• The installement should be made as per client convenience.

• The 80% amount should be paid two weeks prior to event.

• The remaining amount should be setteled before a week to event.

6. Applicable Charges

Applicable charges will be made if the number of people specified in the contract increases. However, no deductions will be made if the actual number of guests is lower than the contracted amount.

7. Changes to the Refund Policy

Ramshiromani Caterers reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes to the policy will be posted on our website with the updated effective date.
